About GAP 3.0

In 2020, the LSE launched their first LSE Generate Accelerator Programme (GAP) with the vision to become a powerful vehicle through which impactful innovation can flourish. This year, LSE Generate is delighted to announce the launch of their third programme (GAP 3.0) as they continue to empower ambitious entrepreneurs and support impactful businesses for the betterment of society. GAP is a 12-week part-time accelerator programme dedicated to the most promising early-stage impact-driven startups co-founded by LSE students, staff, and alumni. Throughout the programme, startups are supported through a three-tier model: Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, Experts and Mentors. To learn more about the programme, please visit their website here.

Your Role

Being one of the judges at GAP 3.0 is an excellent opportunity to meet entrepreneurs and get to know the latest news within the LSE entrepreneurial community. As a judge, you will be listening to pitches from the top 16-20 applicants, asking questions, and providing constructive feedback to help them refine and improve their business idea. On the day each startup will get two minutes for a quick fire pitch and then go through a round of judge table rotations - think speed dating meets Dragon’s Den!

After five rounds of judge rotations, you will be choosing the best teams to join LSE Generate's programme.
