Alumni, share your thoughts: International Women's Day, 8 March 2022

It’s International Women’s Day on March 8th, 2022, and as we emerge from two years that have challenged each and everyone of us, we’re mindful that this presents a great opportunity for change – to think, live and work differently, smarter, better.

Forbes, McKinsey and Deloitte are among those urging us to take action now, stating: ‘What is good for gender equality is good for the economy and society as well.’

To highlight this, we’d like to ask you, our alumni and leading lights in business, the following question as part of our 2022 International Women’s Day campaign:

“What needs to change so more women can reach their full potential in business?”

We are writing to you today to ask you to send us a short answer (of one or two sentences) which we’ll then share on the TRIUM website and LinkedIn. This is an inclusive campaign and we would like to hear from you regardless of your gender. Please share your thoughts, principles, or actions with us by Friday 25th February.
